Mushy (2019);

Mushy was a free asset pack of 824 neural network-generated isometric tiles residing in the creative commons (CC-By-3.0). Leaning directly into the fuzzy aesthetic of generative neural networks, Mushy let you build spires and cities in a faded landscape of half-remembered pixel art conventions. Mushy was generated by a DCGAN-tensorflow implementation running on a personal laptop and using only fully credited creative-commons tiles and archival material. It lived in the public domain.
